    Yes. Corporate Limousine offers real-time reservations through our Web site. Users are able to create profiles, save itineraries, edit account information, and edit/cancel existing reservations.

    3. How can I make a reservation with Corporate Limousine? 
    Reservations with Corporate Limousine can be made in three ways: 1) By filling out an account profile, you may then create a reservation on our secure Web site. 2) If you're making a one-time reservation you can do so by clicking here or, 3) give our curstomer care team a call at (952) 967-8800.

    4. What are Corporate Limousine's rates? 
    Corporate Limousine offers an all-inclusive service for airport transportation. Hourly services are based on minimum time requirements and vary by vehicle. Costs are based on the time the car picks you up and drops you off.

    5. Can I cancel or change a reservation through the Web site? 
    Yes. Use your Login id and password to maintain and manage any reservation on your account..

    7. What type of vehicles does Corporate Limousine offer? 
    Corporate Limousine offers a wide variety of vehicles designed to accommodate single passengers, and small and large groups. View the fleet.

    8. What is Corporate Limousine's cancellation policy? 
    Airport Transfer reservations require a two-hour notice from your scheduled pick up time. Hourly services require a 48 hour notice to cancel a reservation. Please view our Terms and Conditions for a full explanation of our policies.

    9. How do I change or modify our corporate information? 
    If you have an existing online account, you may login and edit your corporate information; otherwise please contact our sales department.

    10. Can I build a personal profile to accelerate the reservation process? 
    Yes. Users are able to build a personal profile, which will be stored on our secure servers. This information is used to accelerate the reservation process.

    11. Is my personal information secure? 
    All personal information is stored on our secure servers and is used for internal purposes only. Under no circumstances will we share your information with a third party.

    12. I forgot my Login Id or Password. What do I do?

    16. How will we locate our chauffeur once our plane has landed in Minneapolis/St. Paul International? 
    If you have selected a standard Pick-up. Once your plane lands and you have picked up any checked bags, proceed down the escalator from baggage claim and follow the signs to the Limo/Taxi Staging area. Your chauffeur will meet you outside the pre-arranged limousine door. Meet and Greet. Your chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area for your flight. He or she will be holding a "Corporate Limousine" sign with your name on it. Your chauffeur will then assist you with your bags and escort you to your vehicle.

    17. Does Corporate Limousine track flights? 
    Yes. Corporate Limousine utilizes a computerized flight tracking system allowing us to keep tabs on your flight. Should your flight be late or early, we will ensure that your chauffeur will be there. You may also visit our Flight Tracking link on our Web site to track any flight.

    18. What forms of payment do you accept? 
    Corporate Limousine has many payment options to choose from. We accept all major credit cards, either on the phone or on our secure Web site. In addition, we are able to set up your company with a monthly billing account.
