I was treated to the most professional service and attention to detail. I was honored with the task of planning an event for an executive and the founder of the business I work with. I called many limo companies from the Yahoo yellow pages. Your representaive, Tom Jenkins, answered the phone and took time to help me plan this event. I did not know how many people would be riding in the limo or even the beginning location at first. I only knew that they were going to a restaurant in St. Paul and then a show at The State Theater. I was given the date but only a guess on the time frame for the event. I was also asked to supply wine and water on the Limo.
Tom’s expertise was apparent right away. In the short time between calls he took it upon himself to look up on-line our company and the top executives so the driver would know who was who. Tom also called a contact at the local liquor store to help me with the wine selection and found out what was playing at the State along with beginning and ending times for the show. Having only the region and style of wine, Tom found the proper wine for this event and delivered it to the driver. I did not have to leave my office!
I am certain all of this was done while you were very busy (it was prom season!), although I felt as though I was the only person you were taking care of. Every detail was attended to—even things I did not think of! Thanks to “Top”—notch attention to detail, I was able to attend to other business but at the same time got credit for putting together a wonderful event for our executives.
